Flexible finishing options available: If the landlord completes the office finishing the tenant shall pay two year's rent in advance plus two month's security deposit and will receive one month free occupancy , or if the tenant chooses to complete the finishing at their own expense, the payment terms are one year's rent in advance plus two months security deposit. The preferred option will be agreed upon before the tenancy agreement is signed.
